Important information regarding our car park from Monday 4th March 2024

As of Monday 4th March 2024 there will be a new ANPR system in place in our surgery car park.

You will need to register your registration number on the tablet screens provided in surgery on entering the building  (this will allow you 90 minutes of parking) if you are over this 90 minutes then you will need to speak to one of the reception team who will notify the car park system operator with the reason you were over the 90 minutes otherwise you will receive a parking fine from the car park system operator if this is not a valid reason then we will not be able to cancel any letters/fines you receive and we will not be able to give advice on the appeals process. 

If you do not have an appointment at the surgery and have parked your car on the car park this will then also flag for a parking fine as the car park use iS for those patients who only have a valid reason for visiting the surgery or an appointment. 

The Saddlers Health Centre or its staff have no involvements with the car park operator and will not be able to give advice/guidance on appeals. Contact numbers for the operative for this service will be available on the signs in the car park.
