Patient’s online access to GP medical records

From the 1st November 2023 all patients will automatically be opted into having access to their OWN online GP records via the NHS APP. If this is something you do not wish to have access to then please speak to our reception team who will be able to provide more information regarding this.

Please note the online access will not provide you will full medical records only the documentation from the 1st November 2023 on wards.
