It is our aim to provide a quality service, and sometimes we may ask you to participate in patient surveys. The information may be very useful to us in improving our service to you. All information collected is confidential. We also have a suggestion box into which you can leave any suggestion that you feel may improve our service.
If you have a complaint about our service, we do have a “Complaints Procedure”. You should ask our Practice Manager who will deal with this.
The Practice Manager is available to speak to in regards to any questions/concerns/queries that you may have . If you contact the surgery and ask to speak to the manager if she is not available at the time of the call you can leave a message for her to call you back.
You can put any complaints in writing addressed to The Practice Manager, you complaint will be acknowledged and a response will be arranged.
We do prefer to speak about any concerns/questions/queries before it gets to the complaint stage but you are fully in your rights to complain via the channels as above.
