Suggestions and Complaints

It is our aim to provide a quality service, and sometimes we may ask you to participate in patient surveys. The information may be very useful to us in improving our service to you.  All information collected is confidential.  We also have a suggestion box into which you can leave any suggestion that you feel may improve our service.

If you have a complaint about our service, we do have a “Complaints Procedure”.  You should ask our Practice Manager who will deal with this.
